Cooking Instructions

Basting Sauce Substitute

How we make our Signature Basting Sauce is a secret, but your favorite recipe for BBQ sauce or any oil-based sauce will do.

Basic BBQ Sauce: Combine 250mL Ketchup with 150mL oil in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.

Grilling Method

1. Defrost your BBQ Bob Ready-to-Cook products in the refrigerator overnight.

2. Baste the meat products liberally with BBQ sauce and grill. Remember to baste before, during, and after you grill!

3. Serve and enjoy while hot!

Baking Method

1. Defrost your BBQ Bob Ready-to-Cook products in the refrigerator overnight.

2. Preheat oven to 350ºF. On a baking sheet, baste your chosen products with your BBQ sauce and wrap loosely with foil. (We highly recommend using a sheet with raised sides or a bake-safe pan. Due to our marination process, our extra juicy BBQ meat products may drip during cooking.)

3. Halfway through baking, remove the foil and baste again, and then return to oven.

4. Serve and enjoy while hot!

BBQ Pork & Beef - 12 mins
BBQ Liempo - 20 mins
BBQ Leg Quarter - 20 mins
Whole Chicken (Regular) - 20-25 mins
Whole Chicken (Jumbo) - 25-30 mins

*please note that there may be some variation in cooking time depending on cooking temperature. We recommend being cautious and checking often.
